During the event, guests from organizations such as MasterAgent, POLARIZON, Zhiruantong Technology, and Huashang Xishiting (Futian) Joint Law Firm shared insights and practical experiences regarding the application of AI Agent across various industries. This was followed by a roundtable discussion on the theme "Co-creating the Ecosystem – Building a Thriving AI Agent Application Landscape." Participants included Sun Wanru, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Industry Association; Zhang Jue, Managing Director of Kinzon Capital; Mo Zhifan, CEO of Shenzhen Sanxiang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.; Li Shujun, CTO of Shenzhen Xizhao Network Technology Co., Ltd.; Ni Jie, Executive Vice President of Kuailu Tech; and Du Lei, Solutions Architect at MiniMax (Shenzhen Branch). The dialogue delved into key topics such as technological collaboration, capital empowerment, and ecosystem co-development, further solidifying industry consensus on advancing the large-scale, practical adoption of AI Agent. This exchange contributed synergistic momentum to Shenzhen's pursuit of becoming a globally influential hub for AI innovation.

Addressing the question of "How to transform customized projects into standardized products," Ni Jie shared Kuailu Tech's approach: "At Kuailu Tech, we deeply accumulate and precisely understand complex business logic and application scenarios. Our method involves first 'extracting commonalities'—deconstructing projects to identify high-frequency, essential scenarios, such as core needs like meeting management. Then, we proceed to 'modularize functionality,' packaging complex requirements into standard modules combined with advanced functional components. This enables up to 80% configurable delivery. For instance, within a management scenario, we support both hosting via real-person avatars and customizable digital human avatars, effectively balancing standardization efficiency with personalized demand."

Regarding Kuailu Tech's commercialization strategy, Ni Jie outlined the core focus: "The key to commercial breakthrough lies in three areas. First, concentrating on the office collaboration niche—avoiding bloated, all-in-one products and instead deepening our expertise in specific market demands to enhance product agility. Second, innovating the delivery model by leveraging technology to shorten implementation cycles from months to weeks, significantly boosting customer response efficiency. Third, rigorously optimizing the four pillars of product design: customer needs, core pain points, competitive differentiation, and user experience. We strive for excellence at each step to build robust product competitiveness."
